Job Description

The Concierge Support Representative role is critical to our success. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides operational support to our clients, ensuring seamless and effortless experiences.

Your responsibilities will include working in a small team environment, assisting advisors and staff with policy and procedure questions, partnering with service team members, and maintaining communication logs via Salesforce.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience. Our full-time employees also enjoy excellent benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) plans, and a variety of voluntary programs.
