Client Engagement Representative

TNG Consulting, a leading management firm for professional associations, is in search of a proactive and skilled Business Development Specialist to enhance our Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our Business Development efforts by generating new inquiries and fostering interest in our consulting services.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborative Strategy: Work alongside marketing professionals to pinpoint target audiences and devise effective outbound marketing strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics to identify and assess potential leads, creating targeted campaigns to attract Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously enhance outbound marketing initiatives based on performance metrics to maximize lead generation success.
- Team Collaboration: Engage with fellow Marketing team members to share insights and refine strategies, ensuring alignment with overarching sales goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain comprehensive records of leads and interactions using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy for reporting and analysis.
Required:
- Experience in sales, membership development, or association management, particularly in the education or nonprofit sectors.
- Proven ability in crafting engaging content aimed at lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with the education sector, including K-12 and higher education institutions.
