Empire Management Group is expanding its operations and is in search of a dedicated Client Support/Communications Specialist to cater to our clientele.
The ideal candidate will manage both existing and prospective customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Support / Communications Specialist:
Provide direct client engagement and support to a diverse consumer base.
Demonstrate proficiency with tablet devices and software applications.
Collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives to attract new clients while maintaining relationships with current customers.
Participate in significant virtual conferences as needed.
Present to potential clients effectively.
Ensure all documentation for new customer accounts is accurate and complete.
Work alongside the Director and Sales Management team to enhance client revenue and establish sales objectives.
Deliver in-field services to clients, including sales, promotional activities, and product support.
Uphold a professional image for Empire Management Group and our clients in all interactions.
Qualifications for the Client Support / Communications Specialist:
Minimum of 1 year in account management, customer service, or sales roles.
Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team.
Technical skills should include navigation of tablets, spreadsheets, email, and internet proficiency.
Outstanding organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
Exceptional skills in persuasion, customer interaction, and sales are required.
Comprehensive training will be provided for all roles.
