Position Overview:
Our client, a prominent provider of maintenance solutions, is in search of individuals with business-to-business customer service expertise for an exciting role. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.

Job Details:
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote each week
  • Compensation: Up to $22 per hour, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries via email regarding our services
  • Draft and submit proposals for client consideration
  • Oversee the internal system by accepting and processing work orders
  • Ensure compliance with client service level agreements by following up on work orders and managing workflow

Qualifications:
  • Preferred: College degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in business-to-business customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
