Job Title: Technical Writer

Recharge is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Product Support team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and comprehensive product documentation, ensuring that our customers have the information they need to succeed.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the subscription industry. As a Technical Writer, you will be working closely with our Product Support Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to create high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement
  • Write and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Work with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly documentation
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with content management systems and documentation tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
