Role Overview:

As a member of our agency, you will be tasked with promoting State Farm's insurance and financial service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with effective follow-up
  • Inform clients about insurance options through a needs-based consultation
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products/services
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage client accounts using a CRM system
  • Complete assignments from the Account Manager or Director of Operations

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with small business operations is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments and collaborating effectively within a team
