Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our insurance products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and identify client needs to market appropriate insurance products and services
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and promote our products and services
  • Manage client communication workflow and ensure office targets are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
