HEI Civil is in search of a seasoned Scraper Foreman to lead a crew. Ideal candidates will possess outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee and direct a minimum of three scraper operators
  • Facilitate communication among employees, management, subcontractors, HR, and all team members
  • Coordinate personnel and equipment scheduling to ensure timely project completion
  • Prioritize safety above all by adhering to OSHA and environmental safety regulations
  • Conduct daily job site inspections, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), equipment reports, and any other necessary documentation
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with fellow supervisors
  • Contribute insights and suggestions to enhance productivity
  • Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement
  • Guide and mentor all team members to the best of your ability
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 10-30 hour OSHA training (preferred)
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience (particularly in earthwork and utilities or closely related fields)
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to foster client relationships
  • Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
  • Capability to bring a crew along

Salary Range: $80,000+ annually; Based on Experience

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
