Job Title: Business Development Manager - Prefabrication Expert

Plant Prefab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy to drive new business opportunities in the residential and commercial development sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive new business opportunities in the residential and commercial development sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify key prospects, including developers, architects, and construction companies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to promote Plant Prefab's prefabrication solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and presentations.
  • Manage daily operations and track key performance metrics using Plant Prefab's CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Experience with prefabrication factory products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
