Position Summary

The Workforce Solutions Program Specialist plays a pivotal role in collaborating with client stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of temporary staffing solutions through Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships. This position demands a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients in the recruitment and management of contingent personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage daily with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), including Acro's proprietary XRM System, to oversee client requisitions, supplier resumes, and onboarding documentation, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining open communication with client users regarding the status of their requisitions, responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Manage interactions with suppliers concerning candidate submissions and address any issues related to assigned personnel.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process across various job categories, including technical, IT, and professional roles.
  • Provide timely updates to the Acro MSP program team to ensure cohesive communication regarding program activities.
  • Facilitate training for hiring managers on VMS functionalities, including requisition creation and candidate selection processes.
  • Assist suppliers in navigating the VMS, guiding them through standard staffing and recruitment procedures.
  • Address inquiries related to program operations and compliance.
  • Utilize VMS to create new client profiles, departments, requisitions, and supplier profiles as necessary.
  • Analyze and determine pricing structures for various skill sets upon request from client representatives.
  • Conduct audits of assignments and purchase orders to ensure alignment with billing rates and requisition terms.
  • Generate reports from the VMS as needed and interpret data for stakeholders.
  • Monitor business activities within the VMS to confirm that interviews are accepted and confirmed by clients.
  • Focus on achieving and surpassing program Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of two years in the staffing industry or a related HR role, such as recruiter or onboarding coordinator.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of personnel.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Negotiation skills for rates and terms as required.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with vendors, clients, and team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality throughout the hiring process and uphold a professional demeanor.
  • Capability to create comprehensive reports for client review.

Work Environment

  • This position is primarily remote, with a low noise level in the work environment.
  • Most tasks will be performed using a computer, including email correspondence and report generation.
