We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst, Sales Finance to join our team at Danone North America. As a key member of our Sales Planning & Commercial Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Support and drive key financial and planning processes for BU(s) within the Walmart sales division, ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales, Demand Planning, and Category teams.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure accurate sales forecasts and execute incremental programs as planned, leveraging internal and external data for variance analysis.
- Develop and load an accurate GPS forecast monthly, including prepping files and leading the loading process into systems.
- Coordinate and track refinements to customer plans as iterations occur, resolving gaps to BU targets through cross-functional problem-solving with Sales, Category Commercial, and BU Finance.
- Participate in RGM (Revenue Growth Management) activities and contribute to the development of business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- You have 2-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Planning, with a proven track record of success in data analysis and financial planning.
- You possess excellent Excel skills, with the ability to work with data across systems and drive business insights.
- You have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- You are a proactive calendar manager and prioritizer, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
At Danone North America, we offer a competitive base compensation range of $75k-92k, commensurate with experience.
