Job Summary

Staffing Ninja is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production areas and ensure all tasks are completed on time, within specification, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.
  • Daily Coordination: Manage daily routines and efficiently assign tasks to personnel, ensuring seamless production operations.
  • Safety and Documentation: Investigate, report, and document all accidents, maintain proper record-keeping and inventory controls, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper waste handling.
  • Training: Provide training to employees on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and other company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate team performance, manage process equipment, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team leaders and employees to enhance processes and performance, review and update SOPs, and support employee suggestions for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply rapid problem-solving techniques to address issues related to productivity and compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in a professional setting with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device GMPs and experience with Quality Systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred.
