Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and streamline site-related services and operations to achieve optimal performance.
  • Work alongside security experts to conduct risk evaluations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with management to oversee and improve contracted services, manage expenditures, and maintain budgetary constraints.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, investigate new service possibilities, and supervise service agreements.
  • Manage access control, key distribution, and facility upkeep, including sanitation, property oversight, and security operations.
  • Facilitate meetings, compile reports, and present findings on service efficiency and compliance.
  • Administer substantial budgets with a focus on cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Support internal inquiries and work with HR and Security on related matters.
  • Draft, implement, and uphold policies and procedures to guarantee effective service provision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Security Management, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in a manufacturing setting, including at least 3 years in facilities management, vendor oversight, or project management.
  • Proven experience in managing services across multiple sites and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and excellent program/project management capabilities.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating service agreements, supervising contractors, and managing outsourced services.
  • Current understanding of facilities and personnel security protocols.
  • Experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with alarm systems, business continuity planning, and large-scale budget management.
