- Review and update SOPs to ensure they are current and effective
- Support employee suggestions for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Problem-Solving:
- Apply rapid problem-solving techniques to address issues related to productivity and compliance
- Develop and implement solutions to improve operations and reduce waste
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a professional setting
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Leadership:
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Regulatory Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device GMPs
- Experience with Quality Systems and regulatory compliance
- Organizational Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred
