    • Manage process equipment and ensure adherence to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost standards
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Engage with team leaders and employees to enhance processes and performance
    • Review and update SOPs to ensure they are current and effective
    • Support employee suggestions for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Apply rapid problem-solving techniques to address issues related to productivity and compliance
    • Develop and implement solutions to improve operations and reduce waste
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-8 years in a professional setting
    • At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Leadership:
    • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device GMPs
    • Experience with Quality Systems and regulatory compliance
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred
