About the Role

Cipla is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic archiving tasks with Doc control using current procedures.
  • Work with the Master Control team on documents and Training.
  • Work with the Complaints team on investigations and summary reports.
  • Work with Regulatory surveillance/internal audit team.
  • Identify and report any non-conformances/discrepancies to management if applicable.
  • Other duties that management may assign from time to time.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Pharmacy, Regulatory affairs or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to focus on details.
  • Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) - Intermediate.
  • Good basic math knowledge and excellent attention to details.
