Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and hospitable experience for our patients, while also maintaining efficient operations and collaborating with our care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain a warm and welcoming environment for patients
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure alignment with patient and care team needs
  • Assist with administrative duties, including scanning and uploading patient medical health information, electronic filing of EOBs, and documentation upkeep
  • Facilitate communication amongst care team members and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to execute ad-hoc projects as needed and meet deadlines
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Proficiency in core MS/Google Suite and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks
  • Strongly adheres to process and is resourceful and highly organized
