Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and maintain a warm and welcoming environment for patients
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure alignment with patient and care team needs
- Assist with administrative duties, including scanning and uploading patient medical health information, electronic filing of EOBs, and documentation upkeep
- Facilitate communication amongst care team members and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration to execute ad-hoc projects as needed and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Proficiency in core MS/Google Suite and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks
- Strongly adheres to process and is resourceful and highly organized
