Job Description

Rapiscan Systems, a leading provider of security and inspection systems, is seeking a highly skilled Global Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global service organization, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex technical issues related to our security and inspection systems
  • Provide expert product-specific support to customers, including troubleshooting and technical documentation
  • Investigate product complaints and recommend corrective actions
  • Support the development of new products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in international technical support
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, minimum 5 years of Trace experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Direct customer experience a must
