About the Opportunity

As a Production Line Specialist at Award Staffing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect printed circuit boards for epoxy cure, bubbles, and voids in epoxy, using established procedures to guarantee product quality.

Additionally, you will assist conformal coating machine operators by loading boards into machines, applying conformal coating to areas of the printed circuit board that the machines cannot, managing boards going through UV ovens, unloading boards from fixtures, and assisting with masking removal as specified by the customer, following established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect printed circuit boards for epoxy cure, bubbles, and voids in epoxy
  • Assist conformal coating machine operators
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Track time worked on specific jobs
  • Accountable for quality aspects of the job
  • Comply with Quality Management System and other regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or General Education degree (GED)
  • Understanding written quality procedures

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly sit and/or stand while performing motions requiring high manual dexterity
  • Regularly lift, push, and pull 10 to 70 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
