About the Role:

Katz Media Group, a division of iHeartMedia, is seeking a highly skilled Campaign Success Analyst to join their team in New York. As a key member of the digital media team, you will be responsible for facilitating campaign analytics between sales teams across multiple offices and the digital publishers we sell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data as it is entered into our billing user interface.
  • Prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner.
  • Develop a working knowledge of all digital assets.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, agency partners, and outside vendors.
  • Track and report on media asset performance, and perform related administrative activities.
  • Participate in media/campaign strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions as requested.

Requirements:

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Effective communication with multiple levels of employees and clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to shifts in priorities and urgencies.
  • Assumes responsibility and accountability for assignments and tasks.
  • Exhibits good interpersonal skills, collaborates with others, and maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Superior internal customer service standards and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
