Position Overview:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for fostering and sustaining customer connections while providing exceptional service through both incoming and outgoing communications. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Lead, this role encompasses managing customer inquiries, escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate departments, and offering B2B and Accounts Receivable support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and oversee all aspects of order management.
  • Conduct outbound calls and campaigns as directed.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the relevant departments.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their inquiries and requests.
  • Encourage customer use of self-service tools through effective communication.
  • Facilitate communication between Sales and Operations teams regarding customer service matters.
  • Provide necessary B2B and Accounts Receivable support.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Lead.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
