Position Summary:

The selected candidate will oversee Project Coordination for all retail installations. Key responsibilities include ensuring outstanding customer service, scheduling technicians for various project phases, processing payments, and guaranteeing timely project completion. This role demands strong customer service abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for retail clients post-sale.
  • Coordinate all elements of the installation process from initiation to completion.
  • Procure products for our corporate manufacturing facilities.
  • Maintain communication with homeowners, contractors, and team members regarding project statuses.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare work orders (crew packs) for upcoming retail installations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Process credit card transactions and manage check payments for Accounting.
  • Document job notes in PSI and OMS systems.
  • Collect payments from customers upon delivery and project completion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or general business experience preferred.
  • Proficient in telephone communication, email correspondence, and professional report writing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as database and order processing systems.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in various situations, demonstrating urgency for customer needs.
  • Strong writing skills; able to read and interpret written information and edit for clarity.
  • Capability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving in standardized situations with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to meeting performance standards and enhancing quality and productivity.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving issues promptly; skilled in group problem-solving.
  • Adaptability to changes in the work environment.
  • Adherence to established safety and security protocols.
  • Reliability in attendance and punctuality; ensures responsibilities are managed during absences.
