This role requires a commitment of 5 days a week in an office setting, totaling approximately 40-50 hours weekly. Compensation begins at $22/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. Our benefits package includes 50% employer-covered medical insurance, Paid Time Off, Sick leave, fully covered Dental/Vision, 100% employer-paid Term Life insurance, and access to other affordable insurance options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in an 8-hour workday, 5 days a week in the office.
- Work one evening each week for client tastings.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather and document event details.
- Facilitate tasting sessions and assist clients in crafting their event specifics.
- Develop detailed event timelines and layout plans for client events.
- Collaborate with culinary staff on menu selections.
- Conduct venue tours for prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
- Prepare all essential documentation for the event production team.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone on a daily basis.
- Oversee and manage an event from inception to completion once a month.
- Be available to work some weekends as needed.
