We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Cornerstone Recruiting. Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on masonry and concrete projects within the historic industry. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized.

  • Handles 30+ projects at one time
  • Manages all company Superintendents
  • Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations
  • Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas
  • Manages field personnel
  • Manages company equipment
  • Walks job sites
  • Reports back on the daily progress of the project
  • 15 years of experience in Operations within a specialty contracting field
  • Organized and detailed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate a team of Superintendents to achieve project goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in Operations within a specialty contracting field
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
