Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Vice President will work closely with Regional and Sales Leaders to drive business growth and increase referrals for all AdaptHealth product lines in their assigned territory. This includes developing a strategic sales plan, identifying new opportunities, and referral sources. The successful candidate will have substantial knowledge of the local referral base and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the sales team and develop sales strategies by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competition.
  • Build strategic relationships with customers, executive-level personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Maximize revenue and margin goals while staying within budget.
  • Manage and deliver on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a broad understanding of customer needs, market trends, and industry challenges.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and efficient collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide leadership and accountability by coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team.
  • Consistently achieve admit and census goals by monitoring and assessing team performance.
  • Build a high-performing sales team by recruiting and hiring top sales talent.
  • Compile, communicate, and execute best practices in the field.
  • Develop a collaborative partnership with the Operations Leadership team.
  • Execute B2B and B2C sales and marketing programs.
  • Influence product development by analyzing marketing data and consulting with internal and external resources.
  • Maintain research databases and patient confidentiality.
  • Maintain compliance with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program and applicable company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • 15 years of leadership experience in a related position, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and/or brand management.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Subject to prolonged periods of sitting and exposure to computer screens.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds periodically.
  • May be exposed to angry or irate customers, patients, or referral sources.
  • Ability to utilize a personal computer and other office equipment.
  • Excellent ability to effectively communicate verbally and written with customers.
  • Mental ability to perform all work functions.
  • Requires travel throughout the service area and use of personal vehicles.
