Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our managers and employees, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail and shipments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for our managers and employees.
  • Communication: Respond to emails, memos, and other forms of correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and inventories to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting: Create presentations and reports using spreadsheets and databases to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Bookkeeping: Prepare bookkeeping reports, order office supplies, and work with vendors to ensure efficient operations.
