Overview:

Park Dental Hudson is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule:

Monday's: 1:30pm-8:15pm

Tuesday's: 7:30am-2:15pm

Wednesday's: 7:30am-6:15pm (one hour lunch)

Thursday's: 7:30am-5:15pm (one hour lunch)

Friday's: OFF

Saturday's: 7:00am-2:45pm (6 per year)
