Position Overview:
Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the bar is properly stocked and set up daily, including requisitioning and organizing all beverages and supplies.
  • Maintain the quality of fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables through proper storage and preparation.
  • Welcome guests warmly, taking and promoting drink orders while adhering to standard recipes and portion control.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Process orders accurately at the point of sale, ensuring accountability for all served beverages.
  • Handle cash transactions, providing change and verifying charges to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Secure all beverage and food items, managing cash drops and ensuring the safety of financial assets.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for shifts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
  • Mathematical skills necessary for cash register operations and financial transactions.
  • Manual dexterity to handle garnishing, glassware, and mixing drinks.
  • Ability to memorize and promote menu items effectively.
  • Proficiency in using point of sale systems.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces for extended periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with guests and team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
