As a Food and Beverage Server, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding service to our guests. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive service of food and beverages, including taking orders and delivering items to guests.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of your station before, during, and after shifts.
  • Welcome guests warmly and inform them about daily specials and promotions.
  • Input orders accurately into the Point of Sale system to communicate with the kitchen.
  • Retrieve and confirm the accuracy of orders before serving them to guests.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
  • Comply with all legal regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Verify the age of guests purchasing alcohol to ensure compliance with laws.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items and make recommendations as needed.
  • Take and deliver orders efficiently and within established timeframes.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.
  • Ensure that alcohol consumption occurs in designated areas only.
  • Build a professional rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards consistently.

Qualifications
