Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Ray's Restaurants. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a consistent and high-quality drink experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect service to guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve drinks in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to recipes and guidelines established by our Food and Beverage department.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide recommendations on bar and menu items to guests, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
• Consistently use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including those related to alcohol service and responsible serving practices.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain any necessary licensing or permits
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a full-service bar
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills
• Verbal communication skills and accurate math and cash handling skills
