Position Overview

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will warmly welcome guests and efficiently take their beverage and food orders. Your role will involve preparing and serving food and drinks to hotel patrons while adhering to established health and presentation standards.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and take their beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present food and beverages according to hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other dining areas.
  • Perform side-work and other opening or closing tasks as required.
  • Process guest payments and manage transactions in accordance with cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess some experience in food service and a solid understanding of restaurant operations. Certification in alcohol awareness and/or a valid food service permit is essential, as mandated by local regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical demands include the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and to move around the dining area efficiently.
