Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Sewell Ford Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement the dealership sales process.
- Be responsible for every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery.
- Present and demonstrate inventory.
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards.
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification.
- Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
- Drug Screening.
- Experience in guest services, sales, marketing, or hospitality a major plus.
