Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at DXP Enterprises. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our industrial customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed solutions to customers
Requirements:
- 5 years of outside sales experience selling industrial supplies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate and proficient in sales software
