Position Summary

The Residential Operations Associate plays a crucial role in the Property Operations division, overseeing the completion of service requests related to repairs and maintenance. This position is responsible for setting priorities, creating efficient routes, and addressing requests in real-time. Additionally, the Residential Operations Associate serves as a shift supervisor for all Property Operations personnel within the designated markets.

Key Responsibilities

The Residential Operations Associate will be expected to:

  • Establish priorities and create routes for new and ongoing repair and maintenance requests for maintenance technicians and property managers.
  • Engage directly with third-party service providers to obtain quotes, arrange onsite meetings, and follow up on existing inquiries.
  • Supervise all Property Operations staff within the active markets, including ticket assignments, follow-ups, and rerouting maintenance technicians and property managers as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Dispatcher to prepare agendas and facilitate Stand Up Meetings as required.
  • Work alongside the Operations Administrator.
  • Complete and submit business expenses and billable hours in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Work Schedule: This role is responsible for organizing daily tasks for the team, which necessitates an early morning start before the rest of the team begins their shifts. The position requires approximately 25 hours of work per week.
  • The Residential Operations Associate role is part-time and hourly, with flexibility for remote work following an initial training period.
  • Compensation for this position is hourly and commensurate with experience. This role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.

Training Program

The first 90 days will involve an immersive training, mentorship, and onboarding experience.
