Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and coordination for medium to large-scale projects. Cultivate and maintain client relationships while actively contributing to business development efforts. Drive initiatives to enhance technical expertise within the department. Offer specialized technical insights for studies and designs relevant to your area of expertise. Review and approve project work. Serve as a leader in specific technological domains. Prepare engineering budget estimates and schedules for complex projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Active California Professional Engineer (PE) License or eligibility to obtain within six months.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in geotechnical civil design, particularly for Water/Wastewater projects. Proficiency in PSE package development. Knowledge of levee and dam design. Project management experience. Strong background in geotechnical engineering.
Additional Information:
  • This position does not offer relocation or sponsorship. Occasional travel may be required.
