About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at CVRx. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their sales expertise to drive business growth and success.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand our market presence.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, including cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and surgeons, to promote our innovative medical devices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of complex physiological and technical principles related to our therapies to position yourself as a go-to resource within the organization.
  • Provide comprehensive support for implants, follow-up procedures, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, engineering, or business, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of recent success in sales or business development in Class III medical device sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff.
