Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of industries and provide top-notch service to our customers.

Compensation

The estimated first-year earnings for this position are $60,000 - $100,000 annually, consisting of a base salary plus uncapped commission. You will also receive a company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, and life insurance.

Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong service-oriented mindset, ability to build loyalty and trust with customers, and a willingness to commit to delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for understanding Orkin's products and services, making strategic recommendations to new and existing customers, and solving problems in a professional and empathetic manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and interact with clients in a professional manner.
