As a Cloud Solutions Manager, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will be responsible for leading large-scale cloud transformations, leveraging your expertise in cloud architecture and technical program management to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale cloud transformations, including migrations and modernization projects
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive cloud adoption and transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring successful implementation of cloud solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading large-scale technical or engineering programs
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams, with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
