The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in the medical device industry. They will be able to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and provide technical support to customers.
The Capital Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales EU to plan and strategize projects, with a focus on opening new EP MRI labs or remodeling existing ones. They will also guide and oversee the Application Sales Specialists to ensure proper and accurate clinical support.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a driven and entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, as well as develop new customers
- Provide technical support to customers, including addressing inquiries and technical issues
- Work with the Application Sales Specialists to control consumables and maximize sales
- Track sales performance and provide regular reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years' experience in medical device industry with proven results
- Sales process knowledge preferred
- Experience in cardiology preferred
- Ability to travel 80%, including some international travel in Europe
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Ability to speak English fluently and speak the local territory language fluently
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
