Job Title: Operations Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Liaison to join our team at Lockton Companies. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities within our existing client base, working closely with producers to identify growth strategies and implement plans to achieve them.
  • Client Support: Provide proactive and responsive support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through regular communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Renewal and Marketing Efforts: Oversee the renewal and marketing process, taking a lead role in carrier selection and financial negotiations to ensure optimal results for clients.
  • Vendor Management: Review and approve all vendor recommendations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company policies.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and present client presentations, including strategic planning, stewardship, and renewal presentations, to ensure clear and concise communication of our services and value proposition.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, maintaining a deep understanding of insurance coverages and markets to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through effective communication, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of client services experience, with at least 5 years in benefits and insurance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of group benefits, risk management, and underwriting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain relevant industry certifications, such as CPCU or ARM.
