As a Customer Service Specialist, you will deliver our 5 Star level of customer service by welcoming clients, addressing their inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, and accurately documenting service requests. Key Duties Include:

  • Fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
  • Initiating Lock Out Tag Out procedures for all vehicles undergoing service.
  • Maintaining communication with customers from initial contact through to the completion of maintenance, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Contributing to the efficient flow of assigned tasks.
  • Managing daily operations to meet customer needs promptly and effectively.
  • Assigning work orders to qualified technicians to guarantee the highest quality of service.
  • Providing 5 Star Service by managing incoming calls and meeting caller expectations professionally and promptly.
  • Completing work orders accurately.
  • Assisting with inventory management and stocking.
  • Supporting over-the-counter sales as necessary.
  • Maintaining fleet accounts.
  • Performing daily cleaning tasks.
  • Handling parts deliveries and pickups.
  • Adhering to all established safety protocols, including full compliance with Lock Out Tag Out procedures.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred). A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a service advisor or service writer capacity is preferred. Proficiency in typing or keyboarding is essential. Physical presence at the assigned work site is required, along with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
