As a Compliance and Risk Management Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, receiving mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities that will expose you to various aspects of our industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with projects tied to Gordon Food Service's strategic initiatives
  • Gaining knowledge of the business, workplace etiquette, and business communication
  • Working 1 on 1 with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to revamp your resume
  • Working on cross-functional teams to present impactful business solutions to senior leadership

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Design and maintain HR electronic sites
  • Analyze reports on headcount, turnover, and hiring trends
  • Evaluate existing processes to address data gaps, monitor compliance, and support audits

We're looking for candidates who are currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, and are authorized to work in the US. If you're ready to start building your career, apply today
