**Salary Range:**

$24.00 - 26.84 per hour, based on experience.


**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a qualified Program Supervisor to lead our School-Age Youth Development Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities and curriculum for children in grades K-5, working closely with school staff and community partners to ensure a seamless transition between school and after-school programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Program Supervisor, you will:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities and curriculum for children in grades K-5;
  • Work closely with school staff and community partners to ensure a seamless transition between school and after-school programs;
  • Manage a team of staff and volunteers, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure success;
  • Monitor program quality and outcomes, making recommendations for improvement;
