The Technical Program Manager role at Groundlight AI offers a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. As a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, you will drive project execution, ensure program alignment with company goals, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include leading program development and execution, collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams, driving process improvement and automation, and adopting a customer-centric approach. In addition, you will lead change management efforts, mentor team members, and engage in market research to inform program priorities.

The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in technical program or product management, with a strong understanding of software development processes and web technologies. Analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-focused approach are also essential. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and/or computer vision technologies is a plus.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, including equity, full insurance benefits, 401k plan with employer matching, flexible PTO, flexible working hours, and parental leave.
