As our Program Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating enriching experiences that foster social-emotional growth, cultural competence, and inclusive practices. With a focus on collaborative partnerships and outcome-based evaluation, you will help shape the future of Amara's services and contribute to the organization's mission to drive systemic change and promote healing.

About the Role:
- Develop and manage education and training programs that align with Amara's strategic goals and priorities.
- Foster relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to leverage resources, expertise, and networks.
- Analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement and expansion.

Your Expertise:
- A bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in program development, education, or a related field.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective education and training programs, with a focus on outcomes-based evaluation and continuous quality improvement.
- Strong knowledge of child welfare, foster care, and kinship care policies, as well as trauma-informed care principles and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including children, families, and professionals.

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $75,000-$85,000, depending on experience. Amara offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
