About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Application Engineer / Sales Manager to expand our presence throughout Latin America. In this role, you'll work with distributors and partners providing energy solutions and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic sales and marketing plans, including sales forecasts, expense budgets, and region-specific strategies.
  • Actively prospect for new market segments and distributors, while strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Build long-term relationships with distributors, offering technical support and ensuring product success and loyalty.
  • Provide technical training, guidance, and post-sale support on product installation and maintenance.
  • Produce regular sales reports, tracking progress towards goals and identifying future opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to expand your network and promote our innovative products.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical equipment sales.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional sales or marketing experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50%.
