Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Specialist to join our team at Giltner Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our brokerage offices, including vetting and setting up new customers and carriers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of the role
- Answer phones, emails, and other inquiries
- Complete assigned tasks for the vetting and setting up of new customers and carriers
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with handling billing, collections, and invoicing
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience in a clerical position/office setting
- Experience in Transportation or Logistics Industry is a plus, but not required
