Job Title: Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Specialist to join our team at Giltner Logistics. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our brokerage offices' back-office needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vetting and setting up new customers and carriers
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Credit and collections
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Answering phones, emails, and other inquiries
  • Completing assigned tasks for the vetting and setting up of new customers and carriers
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent typing and computer skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
