Position Overview:
We are in search of committed individuals to join our team as sales consultants, overseeing the execution of remarkable kitchen remodeling projects. This role provides flexible working hours, involving onsite visits to client residences for consultations and monitoring installation progress.

Ideal Candidate:
Applicants for this sales and project oversight role should reside in the local area and possess qualities such as adaptability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to connect with diverse personalities. We seek motivated sales professionals who are interested in a part-time income opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales leads, client meetings, proposals, and project management from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
  • Implement the Kitchen Tune-Up sales methodology as instructed by franchise owners.
  • Demonstrate confidence in closing sales, persistently follow up, and exhibit a strong desire to achieve success.
  • Utilize Kitchen Tune-Up CRM software to track and document client interactions.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism in appearance and conduct, establishing yourself as an industry expert.
  • Engage in lead generation through local events and community outreach.
  • Conduct site measurements for project specifications, including dimensions for cabinetry and countertops.
  • Document all necessary measurements and specifications for ordering materials.
  • Inspect project materials upon delivery and report any discrepancies to franchise owners.
  • Coordinate project timelines with installation teams and manage scheduling effectively.
  • Facilitate the delivery of materials to job sites and communicate timelines with clients.
  • Monitor daily project progress until completion, conducting final walkthroughs and providing feedback to franchise owners.
