POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.

  • Resolve dealer complaints through thorough investigation and solution development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of independent sales experience in the marine sector.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in training.
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive in approach.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
