Position Summary:

Thelen Auto Group is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of BDC Representative. This full-time position requires a positive, dependable, and energetic candidate who excels in a multi-tasking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from existing and prospective clients using a multi-line phone system, directing calls as necessary
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls for the service department
  • Manage, respond to, and allocate internet leads across the dealership group
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on all phone and online inquiries
  • Assist with photo operations, including editing and uploading images to the website
  • Maintain the customer database effectively
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel, while managing multiple systems and dual screens
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with CRM and photo editing software is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Ability to remain seated at a computer and on the phone for extended periods
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability for Monday through Friday shifts, with required Saturday rotations
  • Capability to converse and type simultaneously
